順丁烯二酸酐又名馬來(lái)酸酐或失水蘋果酸酐,常簡(jiǎn)稱順酐。無(wú)色正交針狀結(jié)晶或白色結(jié)晶性粉末,有強(qiáng)烈刺激氣味,凝固點(diǎn)52.8℃,沸點(diǎn)202℃,易升華。溶于水、丙酮、苯、氯仿等多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑。主要由苯或碳四餾分中的正丁烷或丁烯氧化而制得,是不飽和聚酯及有機(jī)合成的原料。
Maleic anhydride, also known as maleic anhydride or dehydrated malic anhydride, is often abbreviated as maleic anhydride. Colorless orthogonal needle shaped crystal or white crystalline powder, with a strong pungent odor, a freezing point of 52.8 ℃, a boiling point of 202 ℃, and easy to sublimate. Soluble in most organic solvents such as water, acetone, benzene, chloroform, etc. Mainly produced by the oxidation of n-butane or butene in benzene or C4 fractions, it is a raw material for the production of unsaturated polyester and organic synthesis.
順丁烯二酸酐在25℃時(shí)在下列溶劑中的溶解度( gllOOg):丙酮227,乙酸乙酯112,氯仿52.5 I苯50 I甲苯23.4;鄰二甲苯19.4;四氯化碳0. 60;石油醚0.25。溶于醇生成酯。溶于二氧六環(huán)。受熱升華。遇高熱、明火或與氧化劑接觸,有引起燃燒的危險(xiǎn)。有腐蝕性。在冷水中緩慢水解,生成馬來(lái)酸。與強(qiáng)氧化劑接觸能引起燃燒和爆炸。若溫度超過66℃、與胺類或堿金屬接觸會(huì)發(fā)生聚合反應(yīng)。

Dissolve in alcohol to form esters. Soluble in dioxane. Heat sublimation. There is a risk of combustion in contact with high heat, open flames, or oxidants. Corrosive. Slowly hydrolyze in cold water to produce maleic acid. Contact with strong oxidizing agents can cause combustion and explosion. If the temperature exceeds 66 ℃ and comes into contact with amines or alkali metals, polymerization reactions will occur.
